Treatment of gastritis and compulsory diet

Gastritis is an irritation or inflammation of the gastric mucosa, which occurs under the influence of various chemicals (this applies not only to food, but also certain medicines), mechanical damage and the Helicobacter pylori bacterium. There are two main types of gastritis - with increased and decreased acidity of gastric juice. Also gastritis is divided into acute and chronic

- The bacterium Helicobacter pylori, which can get into the stomach, including from domestic cockroaches
- Taking certain medications for a long time
- Improper eating - excessive consumption of spicy and pickled dishes, eating foods with preservatives, long enough intervals between meals
- Diseases of the digestive system
- Alcohol abuse and smoking

Acute gastritis

The reasons that can lead to the emergence and development of acute gastritis are very many. и печени, злоупотреблением алкоголя, систематическим перееданием, употреблением в пищу некачественных продуктов и приемом некоторых медицинских препаратов. This disease can be caused by a metabolic disorder, various kidney and liver diseases, alcohol abuse, systematic overeating, eating poor-quality foods, and taking certain medications. The essence of the disease is reduced to the fact that the inner shell of the stomach is damaged, after which the damaged areas become inflamed. In some cases, inflammation may not be limited only to the mucosa. It can also affect the deeper tissues of the stomach, sometimes up to the muscles.
: Symptoms of acute gastritis :
There is a sudden pain or heaviness in the pit of the stomach, there is a burp with the smell of a rotten egg or digestible food. The tongue appears plaque, possibly the appearance of nausea or even vomiting. And after 1-3 days even without appropriate treatment, all manifestations of acute gastritis pass

Chronic gastritis

Chronic gastritis is considered a fairly common disease, as it is detected in a third of all cases with diseases of the digestive tract. Chronic gastritis, it is an inflammation of the inner (mucous) membrane of the stomach of a protracted nature. It develops with a certain negative long enough effect on the human body. Also chronic gastritis can develop as a consequence of some chronic diseases.
Chronic gastritis is divided into the following types:
- Reactive chronic gastritis
- Chronic autoimmune gastritis (about 15-20% of all gastritis)
- Chronic Helicobacter pylori gastritis (about 70% of all gastritis)
- Idiopathic chronic gastritis
The most common type of chronic gastritis is Helicobacter pylori, which is caused by the bacteria Helicobacter pylori. This type of bacteria getting into the stomach can live in it for a sufficiently long period of time, damaging the mucous membrane.
: With chronic gastritis :
Significantly reduced appetite, there is an unpleasant aftertaste after eating, there is frequent eructations, nausea and even vomiting, there is a constant heartburn and pressure in the pit of the stomach after eating

, с обязательным соблюдением некоторых рекомендаций: Treatment of gastritis should always begin with a diet , with the mandatory observance of certain recommendations:
- Drinks and food should be at room temperature
- When taking solid food, be sure to thoroughly chew it
- The number of meals should be at least five per day and necessarily in small portions
In the event that the gastritis is caused by the Helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori) bacterium, then it is necessary to adjust for a sufficiently long treatment. This type of bacteria is difficult to cure, so the treatment scheme necessarily includes several antibiotics and lasts for about two weeks.
With acidic belching and heartburn, maalox is used in combination with phosphalogel. The dosage is calculated by the attending physician.
To improve gastric motility, gastroenterologists recommend taking motilium, and solcoseryl is prescribed for the healing of the mucous membrane.
It is also recommended to take alkaline mineral water of small and medium mineralization. They are taken necessarily in a warm form (about 38 degrees) three times a day for an hour before meals (gas must be removed beforehand). The course of treatment is three weeks
